Ruffled and Backwards

As a mom, I am constantly running around with my kids everyday. Living in the city where my main source of getting around is walking, I always try to find pieces for my wardrobe that are comfortable without sacrificing my love for style and fashion. One item that I now can not live without is a comfortable and also fashionable pair of sneakers. I love white sneakers specifically for summer. They look fresh and the pair I am wearing by Common Projects looks so cute with both pants and dresses. They are simple, modern and sleek. Common Projects also makes the same sneaker for men which I think are very attractive.

A new fashion brand that I have become pretty obsessed with is Jacquemus. The brand makes a lot of stylish pieces that are deconstructed and edgy. They make fabulous shirts and dresses specifically. I love this backwards shirt dress with the flair sleeves. It is pretty short so I wear my jean cut-offs underneath which you can not see so it still gives the effect of a dress. It also allows me to bend over and pick up my kiddies without worrying about my bootay being exposed for all to see! I am loving the flared sleeve trend going on right now. I think everyone can wear it and it is feminine and chic. I had so much fun shooting this dress!
