I love the off-the-shoulder trend happening this season with shirting. J.W.Anderson did it right with this blouse. I love the gathering at the sleeve and the spaghetti straps. It is fresh and airy. I think off-the-shoulder blouses look fab worn out with a pair of skinny jeans or tucked in with a pair of high waisted jeans. This look can transition easily from day to night. I will be wearing this blouse all summer!
